Job Type: Temporary (Full time) working Monday to Friday 0900 - 17:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Start date: Tuesday 23rd March - Full training will be provided.

We are supporting our Ashford based client during a very busy time, they are looking for 2 x Customer Service Advisors to join their team for an initial period of 3 weeks (there is the possibility that this could be extended and also the potential for the role to go permanent if there is the opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by making outbound calls to customers
Accurately enter and manage customer data in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise.
Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor and report on customer feedback to continually enhance service delivery.

Key Skills and Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to empathise and connect with customers.
Attentive to detail and committed to delivering quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
