Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll:

• Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that's saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
• Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
• Focus on doing what's right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

Our branch is in the centre of Sheffield, transport into Sheffield is great with bus, train & tram. For those who wish to drive there are car parks within a 5-minute walk to the branch.

Sheffield is an amazing place to work. It's a fast paced environment where no two days are the same alongside a team that has a willingness to go that extra step to make it successful. It provides a great opportunity for any individual to learn great skills and have a platform to grow. We are a large team of 8 in total, made up of a Branch Manager & 7 Customer consultants. We have a real mixture of colleague experience ranging from 25 years plus to just a couple of months all with the right level of knowledge and capability to deal with our large customer base.

About You

You don't need a background in financial services or years of customer service experience. What matters most is your mindset and values. We're looking for someone who:
