Customer Service Advisor

In assigned territory act as first contact point for customers. Process orders and coordinate complaint management/returns with relevant stakeholders to achieve high customer service excellence.
Your responsibilities- Act as first contact point for customer service;
- Process customer orders and re-orders according to quality standards and targets.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements continuously.
- Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks.
- Coordinate customer complaints, returns management.
- Represent contact point for customers for any kind of questions related to delivery/order management.
Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
