Your Rights

Specific Hours: 39hrs pw Monday - Friday (hours vary between hrs)

Specific Hours: Average 42hrs per week working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Salary: £18.71 per hour (overtime paid at premium rate)

Specific Hours: Rota covering Monday to Sunday, hours to be discussed

Salary: £17.97 - £20.60 per hour (overtime paid at %)

Specific Hours: 39 hours per week - flexibility required as a 24 hour operation

Customer Service Advisor

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Superstar to join our busy passenger transportation team. You'll be the friendly face that passengers turn to for assistance.

We provide the passenger transport needs for one of the largest construction projects in Europe - Hinkley Point C. We transport thousands of workers to and from the site 24/7.

What you'll be doing (besides being amazing):

• Guiding passengers with clear, confident travel information
• Providing solutions, feedback and re assurance when things don't go to plan
• Liaising closely with other departments and operations to help keep everyone moving on time

What you'll bring:

• Top-tier communication skills
• A positive, solutions first attitude
• The ability to juggle tasks whilst remaining cool under pressure
• Previous customer service experience (transport experience is a plus, but personality is key!)
• A flexible approach to working hours
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

You will need your own transport to provide cover at various locations within the Bridgwater area.
