Customer Service Call Handler Temporary Role Office-Based

I am working with a client in the Leeds area who are seeking enthusiastic Call Handlers to join their energetic and supportive team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls with professionalism and care.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls with confidence and efficiency
  • Taking payments quickly and accurately
  • Resolving customer queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensuring every interaction ends with a win for our clients
  • Keeping your skills sharp with ongoing training and support

What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, confident approach to handling high call volumes
  • Experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or debt recovery
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
