Variety of shifts: 5 days out of 7 per week
8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm (weekend availability required)

£12.71 per hour
Temporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks

• Handling inbound customer calls relating to delivery queries
• Navigating internal systems to track orders and update customer information
• Liaising with drivers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and confirm arrivals
• Booking deliveries with customers
• Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Updating and maintaining the database with customer details and query progress
• Developing an understanding of the delivery process to support query resolution

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic MS Office skills (Word and Email)
• Comfortable working in a phone-based role
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
