Customer Service Advisor - Multi-Channel Enquiries

Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council is seeking a Customer Services Advisor based at Tonbridge Castle. The role involves providing frontline customer support across telephony and other access channels, and supporting the Tourist Information Centre, Castle Attraction and Conference Centre.

The ideal candidate will hold GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent), be proficient in Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills with a can-do approach.
