Customer Service Advisor - Life & Pensions, No Weekends

Diligenta in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our people- and technology-driven team. You will support customers via front-line telephony, handling calls about life assurance, savings, investments or pension plans, and ensure policies run smoothly.

Comprehensive training is provided, so financial services experience isn't essential. Many colleagues come from customer-facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or travel.
