Customer Service Advisor - Complex Queries (Temp to Perm)

RAC in Walsall is seeking a customer service advisor to handle calls, emails and live chats for a leading automotive brand. The role is based near the M6 with a large free on-site car park and good public transport links.

You will resolve complex queries, manage complaints and disputes with professionalism and timely care. This is a 35-hour per week role, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, paid at £12.71 per hour, on a temp-to-perm basis.
