Customer Service Adviser - Multi-Channel Support + Bonus

Rocksteady Music School Limited in Birmingham is hiring a Customer Service Adviser to be the friendly voice for new and existing customers. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, delivering warm, knowledgeable support with a customer-first mindset.

You will maintain product knowledge, strive for first-time resolution, and collaborate with other departments to provide the best solutions. This is a 35-hour-per-week full-time role in our Jewellery Quarter office.
