Overview

Customer Service Administrator

£13.29 per hour rising to £14.04 after 6 months. Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.

This role is for a reliable and detail-oriented customer service administrator to join a team with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Organised

  • Great customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable on the phone
