Customer Service Administrator (Mon - Fri)
Based in the Enniskillen area my client is leading manufacturer who are market leaders in their field. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to assist the Customer Support Team Lead in managing customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are leading the way with innovation in their specialised sector. On offer is a salary circa £27,000, holidays and pension.
Role - Customer Service Administrator
- General administrative duties such as filing, recordkeeping and maintenance of data.
- Phone calls to and from customers, processing orders, dealing with customer queries and complaints as well as supporting the field sales team.
- Administration of the complete order-to-cash process for customers, ensuring that all orders are managed effectively to meet agreed delivery dates and quantities.
- Ensure customer specific requirements such as reports and feedback etc are completed.
- Scheduling deliveries to customers and ensuring that customer access, time windows, routing constraints and driver hours are taken into consideration.
Person - Customer Service Administrator
- Recent experience as an Administrator is essential Strong communication & IT skills are essential
