Your new role
You will be providing customer service and administrative support to the engineering function in this organisation. You will be responsible for taking calls and identifying the requirement of the customer and discussing a solution. You will be booking service calls and visits for engineers and customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous customer service and administration experience ideally from a similar environment. You will be bright and upbeat with excellent communication skills as you will be the first person customers speak to and therefore be representing the organisation to customers. You will be working in a team of like minded people and the environment is bright, busy and inclusive.
