Job Description

Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking a Customer Service Provider - Admin in Rotherham. You will respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, investigate parcel and delivery questions, and support day-to-day administration to keep operations running smoothly.

This temporary role pays £13.17 per hour, with Monday-Friday 13:00-21:00 shifts. Weekend overtime is optional, and there are opportunities for additional hours and potential permanent roles.
