Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity with a client that is redefining the patient journey by investing in the latest dental technology and offering a bespoke customer service experience unmatched anywhere else in the industry. As part of our expansion to become Scotland's leading dental company we are recruiting a mandarin speaking customer care representative to provide exceptional service to our Chinese speaking clients.
Qualifications- High standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills and a professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent customer care skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in reception role is an advantage
- Used to working under pressure
- Rights to work in the UK with a minimum of 1-year stay to be considered
