Customer Care Representative

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (Italian is a strong plus)

Valid driving license

Clean criminal record

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Operations & Customer Care roles)

Proven customer service experience

VIP catering background

Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit (Zurich-based candidates strongly preferred)

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset with creativity and adaptability

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Customer-focused attitude with proven service excellence

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Cultural awareness and professionalism in dealing with VIP clients
