Job Summary 
As a Customer Representative, you will make a real impact from day one. You'll be a key part of the branch team, supporting customers in person, over the phone and online. You'll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers towards banking services and digital tools that make managing their money easier.
Where you'll be workingBranch: Rugeley, Staffordshire. This is a permanent, part time position (15 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday). Salary is pro rata. Applicants must be within a 45 minute commute of the branch.

- Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
- Salary: pro rata, minimum £26,500 per annum from 1 July 2026
- Commute: within 45 minutes of the branch

- Welcome customers to the branch and understand their needs, offering trusted, friendly help
- Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind
- Guide customers through banking products and services that suit them, helping them manage money with confidence
- Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment, supporting one another to deliver excellent service at peak times
- Follow processes, spot potential issues and, where necessary, raise concerns to protect customers and the bank
- Maintain the high quality face to face banking experience on the high street
- No banking experience required, but customer service experience or a passion to work in a customer focused environment is helpful
- Ability to show pride in helping customers feel confident, supported and listened to, even when busy or complex
- Patience, empathy and strong people skills to understand banking needs
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Calm under pressure, adaptable and positive mindset about change
