Customer Representative - Ferndown

Overview

At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role is responsible for supporting customers with our services across all channels. From transactions on the till and allocated time handling inbound calls, to supporting product applications through digital sales, you will provide first class service in person, via phone and online. The role is a permanent, full time position of 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, based at the Ferndown branch in Dorset.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete cash and loan transactions at the counter.
• Advisors on digital banking services and finance products.
• Answer customer queries through phone, email and online chat.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
• Maintain a welcoming branch environment and uphold high customer service standards.
• Develop and retain strong knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
