Customer Relations Advisor - New Home Developer

Location: Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £27,000 - £33,069 per year
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30 - 16:00

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people create their dream homes? We're looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join our team at a leading new home developer in Hessle.

Role Purpose:

The Customer Relations Advisor is responsible for supporting the delivery of a 5 Customer Experience in the region. This is achieved through customer centric advice, guidance, and support, working closely with CRM, Build colleagues, and the Customer Care Technician. The role ensures an efficient and quality led aftercare service that meets both customer expectations and Gleeson's high service standards, supporting the region's business plan, customer experience targets, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guidance and support to customers throughout their homebuying journey.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Work collaboratively with CRM, Build teams, and Customer Care Technicians to ensure smooth handovers and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow processes to support a high quality aftercare service.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns, delivering timely and professional solutions.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or client facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of property or construction environments is advantageous but not essential.
