Customer Quality Liaison: Root-Cause Investigator

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Liaison to join our Quality team in Shrewsbury. You will act as the key link between customers and internal teams, handling warranty issues, quality investigations and driving improvements across the business.

You'll work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality and Operations to understand issues, facilitate root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. This role requires a technical background in quality or engineering.
