Customer Orders Administrator - Manufacturing Office

Gap Plastics Knowsley is seeking a customer service focused administrator to manage customer orders and general enquiries at the Knowsley site. The role sits in the production office and requires liaising with internal stakeholders to route orders and information efficiently.

You will handle order progress updates, coordinate batching to production, and maintain accurate records while meeting internal deadlines and KPIs. Experience in a production environment is preferred.
