Customer Operations Manager Lanarkshire £35,000 - £42,000 The Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to support its UK customer base across a fast-paced commercial environment. This is a broad operational role combining customer service, demand planning, order management, logistics and commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer forecasts and demand submissions, monitoring accuracy, risks and opportunities.
• Manage customer orders, stock availability, deliveries and service-related queries.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and supply chain partners to support agreed service levels.
• Oversee relevant export and shipping administration, where required.
• Maintain customer, pricing and commercial data accurately and produce regular reports and KPI updates.
• Lead and develop the customer operations team while supporting key customer projects, launches and process improvements.

Key Experience Required

• Experience in customer operations, customer service management, commercial operations, supply chain, logistics or account support.
• Experience working within a fast-paced product-led, manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale or distribution environment.
• Practical experience of forecasting, demand planning, order management and operational reporting.
• Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with commercial and operational data.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and external partners.
