Customer Operations Lead for Global Accounts

Pentland Brands in Sunderland is seeking a Customer Operations Team Lead to manage a team of Customer Operations Executives and oversee orders, stock allocation, logistics and export compliance for a portfolio of accounts and brands. You will support daily operations and ensure high quality service to internal stakeholders and customers.

The role requires strong communication, Excel skills, and experience leading a team with exposure to SAP and Salesforce.
