We're currently looking for a Customer Operations Administrator for our Student Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Customer Operations department, based in our Glasgow office.
The working pattern is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The job
Reporting to the Customer Operations Team Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
Providing administrative support to ACCA's customers through key processes, such as handing applications for registration and exemptions whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
Completing administrative data processing tasks and responding to customers via email and other communication channels.
Working according to an assigned schedule. Interacting courteously to maintain a positive customer experience.
Maintaining customer records by following established procedures.
Contributing to continuous improvement activities within the team
The person
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent customer service skills and a desire to help and support customers with tailored solutions
Has excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
Has a high level of interpersonal skills an ability to communicate (written and verbally) professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Has strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
Experience with using Microsoft packages including Word, Teams, and Excel
