Freelance Opportunity: Customer Master Data Delivery Manager - Global MDM Transformation

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Customer Master Data Delivery Manager to join a strategic global initiative driving the next generation of Customer Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities. This role is part of a major digital transformation program, enabling a centralized, hub-and-spoke solution across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Customer MDM solution across multiple countries and systems
• Align stakeholders across business, digital, governance, and delivery teams
• Manage planning, prioritization, risks, dependencies, and ensure delivery health
• Oversee agile execution from requirements through development, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and quality standards are enforced
• Coordinate upstream/downstream integrations and structured change management

Requirements:

• 8-10 years professional experience, including 5-7 years in data/MDM and 3-5 years in delivery/product management
• Strong expertise in Customer Master Data (HCO/HCP), MDM concepts, and Customer 360 principles
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Informatica IDMC/C360 or equivalent)
• Proven track record in multi-country delivery management and Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP), CRM, and external data providers (IQVIA)
• Fluent in English; ability to work across global time zones

• Contract Type: Freelancer/Contractor
• Duration: 24 months (Jan 2026 - Dec 2027)
• Location: Hybrid preferred (Hyderabad, India or Barcelona, Spain)
• Rate: Competitive
