Customer Logistics Coordinator

As Customer Logistics Coordinator (Consumer Care - France & Benelux, UK & Export), you will manage customer orders end-to-end-from receipt to delivery and billing-ensuring on-time, in full service to company standards. You'll act as a key point of contact across commercial, finance, customers, and logistics partners, while overseeing EDI processes and maintaining accurate data to support seamless operations.
What You'll DoManage the full order lifecycle, working closely with 3PL providers and customers to deliver strong service performance. Build effective relationships with internal teams (Commercial, Finance) and external stakeholders to optimise supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
- Resolve order issues including shortages, delivery failures, and returns using internal claims processes; produce and review monthly service level reports with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate order prioritisation with commercial teams and 3PL partners, particularly during peak periods (e.g. month/year-end, promotions, product launches), and proactively manage stock allocation and shortages.
- Oversee EDI processes (orders, invoices, DESADV), ensuring accuracy and continuity in collaboration with the central EDI team. Maintain EDI and material master data, support new EDI setups, and manage SAP customer and pricing data.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and costs, including budget cycles. Provide cover for European colleagues as required.
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience in order management/logistics, with proven stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
- FMCG and major retail customer experience preferred.
- Fluent English. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Proficient Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and good command of MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player, able to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
