Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Act as the vital link between internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring planned work is clearly communicated.
  • Lead customer engagement and develop accessible guidance materials.
  • Support vulnerable customers during the delivery of works.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to shape future projects and continuous improvement.
  • Share progress and celebrate successes to demonstrate impact.
Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, particularly during periods of change.
  • Relevant experience in customer engagement, preferably within housing, construction, or asset investment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in turning data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep momentum.
  • Proactive, solutions focused mindset and flexible approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel across Yorkshire as required.

Full time fixed term role (12 months) with a salary of £32,718.89 per annum plus £2,000 car allowance, based on a 35 hour week.
