Customer-Focused Supermarket Assistant - Flexible Hours

Waitrose & Partners in Oundle is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver Partner-led service and a passion for food on every customer visit. You will help shoppers, replenish stock and fulfil online orders, while protecting brand trust and loyalty.

This temporary, part-time role (18 hours) includes a night premium of £3.75 per hour for shifts 22:00-06:00, with base pay £13.00 and a potential increase after 90 days.
