Customer-Focused Service Advisor

Tates Motor Group is seeking a friendly, professional Service Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will be the main contact for aftersales customers, guiding them from booking through to collection and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key duties include managing bookings, updating customers throughout their visit, coordinating with technicians, explaining work and costs clearly, and handling invoicing and admin while delivering excellent customer service.
