Customer-First Security Officer Flexible Shifts

B&M Retail Limited in Selby is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and the store while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent role with daytime, evening and weekend shifts, offering variety, responsibility and integral involvement in the store team.

You will monitor incidents, operate CCTV, enforce Health & Safety, investigate stock loss and engage with customers to resolve situations professionally.
