Customer-First Retail Assistant (Fixed-Term)

Screwfix Direct Ltd is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant at our Boston store. You will help customers, operate the till, and support stock and deliveries as part of a busy team. The role offers an opportunity to learn through our training programmes and friendly shifts.

Open during Monday-Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 7am-6pm, Sunday 9am-4pm, with cycle to work and staff discounts as part of our benefits. Prioritise excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
