Customer Experience Leader - Store Champion

ASDA Bearsden is seeking a Customer Manager to be the main ambassador for delivering outstanding service and leading the store's service, back office, security and cleaning teams. You will be the eyes and ears of customers, act on feedback, and drive action plans to improve customer experience.

You'll lead a team with a hands-on approach, coach staff, and ensure consistent service excellence across all touchpoints, including weekends and evenings.
