Customer Experience Coordinator - Welcoming Pet Care

The Pet Vet in Bristol is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly, established team. You will be the first face customers see at reception and on the phone, delivering a welcoming and efficient environment for pets and their families.

We offer full training, including BVRA CPD, and a benefits package with profit share, long service recognition, income protection, and surgery discounts. This part-time role requires 19.5 hours over two days plus one-in-four weekends.
