Customer Experience Champion - Retail

SPAR Chelsea Road Bath is seeking a Customer Team Member to join our busy store. This permanent role offers 8 hours per shift on a rota basis, with opportunities for additional hours during sick cover or holidays.

You will help deliver excellent customer service, handle tills, assist customers, and contribute to a clean, well-organised store environment. The role requires 18+ and involves working as part of a team to drive sales while adhering to store policies.
