Customer Experience Associate - Part-Time, Flexible Shifts

schuh is hiring a Customer Experience Team Member at our Livingston Head Office on a temporary part-time basis. We're looking for friendly, motivated people to join our Customer Experience Team and help deliver WOW customer service.

You'll handle enquiries across social media, WhatsApp, text chat, phone and email, support our High Street stores, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that champions diversity and inclusion.
