Customer Experience Associate - Early Shifts

East of England Co-op is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help maintain high standards of service, availability and presentation, while engaging with the local community. You will join a diverse team delivering excellent customer experiences across daily operations.

The role offers a shift pattern starting at 6:30am and finishing at 12:30pm, with flexibility within a non-contractual framework. Training and progression opportunities are provided within a supportive environment.
