As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Experience Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Morecambe.

If you're organised, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing: As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the very first interaction. You'll be supporting customers, assisting our sales team, and helping enquiries move smoothly through the business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent service and ensuring enquiries are answered promptly
  • Helping to keep our customer journey smooth, professional and enjoyable

No experience within the steel door industry? No problem! Full training will be provided, so we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in an administration, customer service or sales support role
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Team
  • Can manage their time effectively and stay organised
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Why Join Strongdor?

We're committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and rewarded. When you join us, you'll benefit from:

  • Discretionary bonus scheme paid quarterly
  • Health cash plan to claim back medical expenses, with Employee Assistance Programme and 24/7 Private GP service
