Customer Experience Assistant - Fixed Term

Honeycomb is recruiting for a Community Assistant in Belfast City Centre on a full-time fixed term basis (October to August). You will handle enquiries, support target achievement through active sourcing, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring health and safety standards are followed.

The ideal candidate will have customer support and administration experience, be a confident communicator, IT-literate with Microsoft Office, and proactive in prioritising daily tasks.
