Customer Experience Advisor - Office-Based Growth

Alliance Automotive Logistics in Rotherham is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. This office-based role involves handling inbound calls and emails, offering product advice, and assisting with pre-sale and post-sale inquiries. Training is provided, and you will work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure excellent service.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with 1 hour break. Benefits include annual leave, staff discounts, a company pension and free onsite parking.
