Customer Experience Advisor - Branch & Phone Support

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers at the Wellingborough and Kettering branches. The role is 21 hours per week on a rota basis, across two sites, with a focus on delivering friendly, helpful service and resolving a range of customer needs.

You will assist with transactions, answer calls, build relationships, and continually expand knowledge of Santander's products to improve the customer experience.
