The Role

Reporting to the Dealer Support Manager, you will play a key role within the Customer Experience team, supporting warranty administration and delivering excellent aftersales service to dealers, parks, and customers. This is a fast-paced, varied position requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process warranty claims across all product lines
  • Provide aftersales support to dealers, parks, and customers
  • Respond to general customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and update supplier referrals, escalating issues where necessaryProvide administrative support to approved repairers and dealer networks
  • Manage administration of the My Swift Life portal, including second owner warranty activation
  • Support the wider team, including covering colleagues during absence or holidays
  • Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements

Essential skills and experience
  • Strong numerical and administrative skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment (desirable)
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure with a flexible, positive approach
  • Confident communicator with a team-focused mindset
  • Ability to use initiative and solve problems independently
