Customer Engagement Advisor

e are looking for 2 Customer Engagement Advisors to join a busy team based at our head office in Fareham. This is an initial 4-week temporary assignment, working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break.

The role involves handling customer enquiries, managing patient referrals, maintaining accurate records, chasing updates and authorisations, and supporting the smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service or administration experience, excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
