About The Role This role is within the Global Outlet Execution Hub, with the mission to deliver industry leading Pharmacy Growth by developing the strongest SFE Tools and capability of our peers. Delivering deliver proven SFE solutions at scale, focusing on speed to value, tailored to market needs.The Customer Data Lead is a global role and will be responsible for ensuring Haleon commercial teams are fully enabled by industry leading analytics, planning and modelling tools by working closely with Business Leads in the Performance hub on data requirements. This will allow commercial teams to harness the power of data and machine learning to create "insights and next best actions" that optimise their commercial decision making, sales processes and improve outcomes (drive performance). Key Responsibilities Data Owner for "Pharmacy" domain data assets (including and not limited to direct and indirect customer and product master data related topics or primary, secondary and consumption data) Advocates and drives best practice data handling and usage Responsible for creation, implementation and adoption of best practice data processes for "Pharmacy" domain data assets, in collaboration with Data Governance, BU/market Data Stewards and other departments' Data Owners Where "Pharmacy" data assets are shared between different departments within the organization, works with other Data Owners on establishing and implementing clear data governance & accountability principles/processes Collaborates with Tech & Data teams on creation and implementation of Pharmacy Data Foundation framework, supporting governance and documentation of "Pharmacy" data objects and related attributes in alignment with BU/market and above-market project data needs Bridges NRM Hub and BU/market with Tech & Data teams, creating a prioritized, sustainable and accessible "Pharmacy" data roadmap Bridges BU/market Data & BI Leads and Tech & Data teams, supporting escalation of data & reporting issues, change management communications and best practice sharing Works closely with Tech & Data teams to secure data accessibility at right quality, establishing relevant data quality controls Supports master data management roll-out & in-market adoption, bridging BU/market and above-market data needs, surfacing process & systems requirements for robust & scalable data management Represents NRM Programme on Data Leadership Councils and other data forums. Prioritise features and enhancements based on demand, feedback, and business priority. Create and effectively communicate product vision, goals, and progress. Identify and mitigate potential risk/ challenges that may impact products success. Skills / Experience To be effective in role, the candidate needs to have relevant functional knowledge & experience with a strong background in data and analytics.Proven data and analytics experiences, strategic thinking, thought leadership, senior stakeholder management and execution capabilities.In addition, experience of the following in a programme environment will be essential: Adopting a strategic, proactive, challenging mindset, with focus on exceptional execution Demonstrating the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence beyond direct area of responsibilities, navigating the organisation to ensure effective inter-team and functional workings. Managing multiple initiatives running concurrently Identifying and capturing risks, issues, and impediments in a timely manner, and ensuring that those identified are being managed proactively. Communicating clearly and concisely cross-functionally, with the ability to engage both with Business, Data and Tech teams. Holding others to account Excellent data and analytical experience are essential and working on commercial, commercial data and reporting would be advantageous. Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills with all levels of the organization including senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and managing complexity.
