Customer Contact Centre Advisor - Outskirts Of Southampton

Silcom Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join our esteemed client located around the outskirts of Southampton.

As a vital member of the inbound and outbound customer bookings team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional phone-based communication and customer service. Joining a high-achieving organisation, you'll have the chance to work with a top-performing team in your field.

• Candidates with prior or recent experience in a contact centre setting are preferred, though it is not essential.
• Proficiency in providing customer service through various communication channels, including phone (inbound and outbound), email, and in-person interactions.
• While experience with switchboards is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• A strong background in general customer service and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
• IT proficiency is expected.
• The ability to upsell or previous sales experience advantageous.

• Salary: £21,000 + OTE £31,000
• Full time hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm .
• Part time hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 3:00pm or Two full days & one half day per week .
