Pay: £14.50

Location: Tottenham Court Road

Key Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to emails, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently
• Answering calls with a friendly demeanour, providing information, and resolving issues over the phone
• Engaging with customers on social media platforms, addressing questions and comments in a timely manner
