Customer Care Coordinator

Most people who contact us are not having a good day. There is water coming through a ceiling, or mould in a bedroom, or a job that has not gone the way it should.

This seat answers them properly. Log it, book it, follow it, and come back to them without being chased.

What the work is

• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails from clients and residents.
• Log every job accurately, with the detail the tradesperson will need on site.
• Follow jobs through to completion and update the customer before they ask.
• Handle complaints early, while they are still small.

What we need from you

• Customer service experience where people called you with real problems.
• Calm, clear and quick in writing.
• You would rather fix the cause than close the ticket.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
