Customer Care Coordinator - Satisfaction Lead

Bloor Homes is seeking a diligent Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our North West Region in Holmes Chapel. You will guide customers through their journey, resolve defects, and support administration while collaborating with regional teams and sub-contractors.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in an office setting, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. GCSE English and Maths are required; previous housebuilder experience is a plus.
