Customer Care Advisor

A new opportunity has arisen for a customer care advisor to join this high-street retailer on a temporary and part-time basis, about 20 hours per week, starting ASAP for four months.

The company is a well-established business specialised in producing high-quality sportswear and outdoor apparel.

You will be responsible for managing customer service enquiries over the phone and e-mail, sharing customer feedback with senior management and any ad-hoc admin tasks that are needed for the team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar customer service role and be proactive and enthusiastic. Prior experience using Zendesk would also be advantageous.

As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.

As this role is temporary, it is likely to be filled ASAP,
