Customer Care Advisor - Telford

Location: Donnington Wood - Telford Salary: £26,227.50K per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Full time - Permanent - Office Based

We're looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Customer Care team in Telford. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of providing unparalleled support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience
• Work to deadlines while maintaining quality customer service
• Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis
• Provide support to sales teams, both field based and inside sales
• Promote products on call in line with relevant promotional activity

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate messages and build trust with customers and colleagues
• Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience
• Team player, able to work towards common goals
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate; SAP experience desirable
