Customer Assurance Coordinator - Quick Resolutions 24h/wk

Arcus FM is looking for a Customer Assurance Agent to work at their Redditch site for 24 hours per week. You will be the link between the Helpdesk and Planning teams, managing inboxes, answering queries, and generating management information reports.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and possess strong Excel capabilities. The position includes a salary of up to £29,256 per annum (pro rata), along with benefits like a bonus and training sponsorship.
